BioHello, I am Mike. I live in England and I am a Film & Television Production student. I have grown-up with friends and family owning dogs my whole life, so I am very used to their company. I like watching loads of movies, otherwise I don't really use the television, except for wildlife documentaries and the Simpsons. I also enjoy film music, my favourite composer is John Williams, closely followed by James Horner. While my favourite band is called Runrig.
I love making videos, when in college I made a wide range of videos. From music videos to Montages, News Bullietins to Dramas. I have even made a documentary about Wolves and I am now 'working' through my very own production company, Paw Print Productions. Many of these films can been seen on my YouTube video page. I am now on a course at University which will help me to improve my skills and work in a more professional enviroment, I am enjoying myself a lot...written work is always more boring than going out and filming. I hope to eventually get a job working the the media industry. Not sure what field, I'd be very happy making documentaries about wildlife in particular. In the Autumn of 2007, I was in the United States of America on international exchange, studying at Keene State College, NH.
One of my favourite hobbies and creative works outside of filmmaking is photography. My favourite type of photography is architecture and cityscapes. Followed by animals both wild and domestic, urban/rural living, landscapes, sunsets and some other more abstract photography. Also, since I feel a strong connection to the wolf, I am quite vocal and visual in campaigning for fair treatment. Its a real shame they have been persucuted so harshly and I am a big supporter of their conservation and reintroduction to as much of their historic range as possible. Also, this connection to the wolf extends further. And I generally consider myself to be a furry. I enjoy being part of the UK furry fandom.
